High-Protein Poultry Caesar Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Divided use
  • 1 Large egg Beaten
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Croutons Crushed or whole
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly cracked
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Spread the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a thin, even circle (about 1/4 inch thick).
  • Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate large bowl, toss the chopped Romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  • Top the slightly cooled crust with the dressed greens, the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, croutons, freshly cracked black pepper, and chives. Slice and serve immediately.
