Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
In a separate large bowl, toss the chopped Romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
Top the slightly cooled crust with the dressed greens, the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, croutons, freshly cracked black pepper, and chives. Slice and serve immediately.
