Keto Independence Day Beef Burger Bowls & Berry Dessert Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend preferred
  • 1 tsp salt for burger seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for burger seasoning
  • 4 slices beef bacon substituted for pork bacon
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce crisp iceberg or romaine
  • 1 cup avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dipping sauce mayo and sugar-free ketchup blend
  • 1 cup almond flour for dessert cake base
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh

Instructions
 

  • Mix 1 lb ground beef with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp garlic powder, form into four patties, and grill until fully cooked.
  • Fry 4 slices of beef bacon until crispy. Assemble the bowls by dividing 4 cups of shredded lettuce, 1 cup diced avocado, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/4 cup diced red onion, the cooked patties, beef bacon, and 1/2 cup sugar-free dipping sauce among the servings.
  • For the dessert, lightly bake 1 cup of almond flour mixed with a keto binder to form a crumbly cake base, then assemble in glasses by layering the base with 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup strawberries, and 1/2 cup blueberries.
