Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup Powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour toasted
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • In serving glasses, add a spoonful of toasted almond flour to the bottom to mimic a crust.
  • Layer the cream cheese mixture, fresh chopped strawberries, and blueberries.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, topping with a few berries and fresh mint leaves. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
