Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the frozen breaded chicken chunks on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until fully heated and crispy.
While the chicken bakes, combine the orange marmalade and barbecue sauce in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
Remove the crispy chicken from the oven and carefully add it to the saucepan.
Toss the chicken in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately over cooked white rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
