4th of July American Flag Beef Charcuterie Platter

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Beef Salami sliced, folded in halves or quarters
  • 6 oz Beef Pepperoni sliced
  • 8 oz Sliced White Cheese Monterey Jack or Provolone
  • 4 oz Block White Cheese for star cutouts
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup Strawberries halved
  • 8 oz Water Crackers for white stripes

Instructions
 

  • Using a small star-shaped cookie cutter, press into the 4 oz block of white cheese to create 8 to 10 cheese stars.
  • Place a small, square dish in the top-left corner of a large rectangular platter and fill it with 1 cup of blueberries. Top the blueberries with the star-shaped cheese cutouts.
  • Create the first 'red stripe' horizontally across the top of the platter (starting next to the blueberry dish) using folded beef salami and halved strawberries.
  • Create the first 'white stripe' directly below the red stripe using folded sliced white cheese and water crackers.
  • Continue alternating red stripes (using beef pepperoni and remaining salami/strawberries) and white stripes (remaining sliced cheese and crackers) until the platter is fully covered.
