Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and grated ginger until smooth.
Toss the cubed chicken in the peanut sauce until fully coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
