Apple Pecan Cinnamon Roll Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans (17.5 oz each) Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls refrigerated, icing reserved
  • 21 oz apple pie filling 1 can
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 packets icing included in cinnamon roll cans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Open the cinnamon roll cans and set the icing containers aside. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters (4 pieces per roll) using a knife or kitchen shears.
  • In a large bowl, combine the quartered cinnamon roll pieces, the can of apple pie filling, and the chopped pecans. Stir gently until the dough is evenly coated with the fruit filling.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out into an even layer.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown, and the center is no longer doughy. If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven. While the bake is still warm, drizzle the reserved icing over the top. Serve warm.
