Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 oz Taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 13.8 oz Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Unroll the pizza dough onto a flat surface and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
  • Spoon the ground beef mixture evenly onto the center of each dough rectangle and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the tops of the dough.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
