1
oz
Taco seasoning
1/2
cup
Salsa
13.8
oz
Refrigerated pizza dough
1
cup
Shredded cheddar cheese
2
tbsp
Melted butter
1/2
tsp
Garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a flat surface and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
Spoon the ground beef mixture evenly onto the center of each dough rectangle and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the tops of the dough.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
