Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove from heat.
Pour Caesar dressing evenly over the chicken and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Arrange asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and herbs before serving.
