melted

juiced, plus extra slices for garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Pat the cod fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour the garlic butter sauce evenly over the cod fillets. Arrange lemon slices on top of each fillet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with extra pan sauce spooned over the top.
