Beef and Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large (10-inch) Flour tortillas room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese or mayonnaise softened
  • 8 oz Sliced roast beef deli style
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup Tomato diced, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup Beef bacon bits crispy

Instructions
 

  • Lay tortillas flat on a clean cutting board.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese or mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  • Layer 2 ounces of sliced beef evenly over the spread on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and crispy beef bacon bits over the beef.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, pressing gently to seal the edges.
  • Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a serrated knife. Serve cold.
