Cheesy Baked Chicken Ranch Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie or poached
  • 1 cup bell peppers Finely chopped; mix of red, green, and yellow
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Creamy style
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Shredded, divided use
  • 4 large flour tortillas Burrito size

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the center of the four tortillas.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Place the burritos seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the burritos.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the burritos are heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm.
