Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the center of the four tortillas.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly to enclose the filling.
Place the burritos seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the burritos.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the burritos are heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
