Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Arrange the frozen pierogies and sliced beef kielbasa evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese cubes, chicken broth, and black pepper until mostly smooth (small lumps of cream cheese are fine). Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the creamy broth mixture evenly over the pierogies and sausage. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pierogies are tender.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving warm.
