Instructions
Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. Toss with soy sauce and cornstarch.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and sear until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove beef from the pan.
Add the sliced red and green bell peppers to the hot pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return the beef to the pan, toss to combine with the peppers, and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve hot over cooked white rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
