Lay out 4 slices of bread. Spread 4 tbsp peanut butter on two slices and 4 tbsp jelly on the other two. Close the sandwiches and cut them into bite-sized quarters.
Wash 1 cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Remove the stems and halve the strawberries.
Cube 1 cup of cheddar cheese and slice 1/2 cup of pickles.
Arrange the sandwich quarters in the center of a serving platter. Place the prepared strawberries and blueberries in small clusters around the edges.
Fill the remaining gaps on the platter with the cubed cheese and sliced pickles. Serve immediately.
