1cupGreen bell pepperThinly sliced

16ozFrench friesFrozen or fresh cut
Instructions
Bake or fry the French fries according to package instructions until crispy. Keep warm.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and green bell peppers. Saute for 5 to 7 minutes until softened and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the thinly sliced beef. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until fully browned.
Mix the sauteed onions and peppers back into the skillet with the beef. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions directly in the pan.
Top each portion with 2 slices of provolone cheese. Let it melt for 1 minute off the heat.
Scoop each cheesy beef and pepper portion into a toasted hoagie roll. Serve immediately alongside the prepared French fries.
