Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to package directions in salted boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, beef salami, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and spinach.
Pour the dressing over the mixture and sprinkle with dried herbs. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Fold in the crumbled cheese carefully to avoid mashing it.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
