Creamy Tomato Bruschetta Dip
Ingredients
- 5.2 oz Boursin cheese, Garlic & Fine Herbs Room temperature
- 1.5 cups Roma tomatoes Diced and seeded
- 0.25 cup Fresh basil Thinly sliced
- 1 clove Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin
- 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze Store-bought or homemade
- 1 unit Baguette Sliced and toasted
- 0.25 tsp Salt To taste
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper Freshly cracked
Instructions
- Spread the cheese in an even layer at the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the dip.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.
