Instructions
Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the tri-color rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, broccoli florets, diced cucumber, and diced red bell pepper.
Pour the creamy ranch dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and black pepper.
Toss all ingredients gently until thoroughly coated.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
