Instructions
Cook the crispy breaded chicken strips according to your preferred method until golden. Let them cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, chopped crispy chicken, slightly crushed croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the bowl's contents and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
Lay the large flour tortillas flat on a clean workspace. Divide the tossed salad mixture evenly, placing it in the center of each tortilla.
Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling. Slice in half and serve.
