Crispy Roasted Radishes with Honey & Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Radishes Washed, trimmed, and halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For roasting
  • 2 tbsp Honey For the glaze
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Low sodium
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds Toasted
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss the halved radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then spread them evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast the radishes in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they begin to soften and develop a wrinkled, crispy exterior.
  • While the radishes roast, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl to create the glaze.
  • Remove the radishes from the oven, drizzle the honey garlic glaze over them, and toss well to ensure every piece is coated.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the glaze is deeply caramelized and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish immediately with sesame seeds, fresh chives, and parsley before serving hot.
