Instructions
Toss the cubed meat in cornstarch until fully coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep skillet to 350 degrees F. Fry the coated pieces in batches for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
In a separate pan, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer over medium-low heat until slightly thickened.
Add the fried pieces into the glaze pan, tossing well to coat completely.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving warm.
