Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 whole Cucumber large, diced
  • 1 whole Avocado large, diced
  • 8 oz Mozzarella balls (bocconcini) halved
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  • In a large serving bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, avocado chunks, and mozzarella balls.
  • Pour the balsamic dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh sliced basil just before serving to maintain its bright color and flavor.
