Instructions
Prep all fruit by washing thoroughly and draining well to prevent a soggy base.
In a large serving bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Drizzle the fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil over the fruit mixture, tossing very lightly to coat.
Sprinkle the crumbled plant-based cheese and torn fresh basil leaves evenly across the top.
Serve immediately for best texture, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
