Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Watermelon Cubed, seedless preferred
  • 1 cup Blueberries Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Raspberries Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Blackberries Washed and dried
  • 4 oz Vegan feta cheese Crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil Gently torn
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil High quality for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Prep all fruit by washing thoroughly and draining well to prevent a soggy base.
  • In a large serving bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • Drizzle the fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil over the fruit mixture, tossing very lightly to coat.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled plant-based cheese and torn fresh basil leaves evenly across the top.
  • Serve immediately for best texture, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
