Easy Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon in Foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Salmon fillets Skin-on or skinless
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 whole Lemon Half juiced, half sliced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) [1.1]. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a large piece of aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the center of the foil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon. Top the salmon with fresh lemon slices.
  • Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, crimping the edges to seal completely and create a foil packet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  • Optional: Carefully open the foil packet and broil for 2-3 minutes to get golden edges.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
