Bocconcini or pearls, drained

Large leaves torn in half if necessary

Store-bought or homemade reduction

Instructions
Wash and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
Thread one cherry tomato, one folded basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each wooden skewer. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used.
Arrange the assembled skewers evenly on a large serving platter.
Drizzle the skewers with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle evenly with dried herbs, salt, and freshly ground black pepper immediately before serving.
