Easy Cooling Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt Whole milk or Greek preferred
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber Grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill Finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder Adds an earthy flavor
  • 1/4 tsp salt Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grate 1/2 cup English cucumber and gently squeeze out the excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk 1 cup plain yogurt until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add the squeezed cucumber, 2 tbsp fresh mint, 1 tbsp fresh dill, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, and 1/4 tsp salt to the bowl.
  • Stir the mixture gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
