Instructions
Grate 1/2 cup English cucumber and gently squeeze out the excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk 1 cup plain yogurt until completely smooth and creamy.
Add the squeezed cucumber, 2 tbsp fresh mint, 1 tbsp fresh dill, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, and 1/4 tsp salt to the bowl.
Stir the mixture gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
