Transfer the cooled, toasted aromatics to a dedicated grinder or mortar and pestle. Process until it forms a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the freshly ground powder with the ground turmeric, paprika powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ground cinnamon, and mixed ground spices.
Transfer the finished mixture into an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dark pantry for up to 6 months.
