Festive Fruit and Cheese Board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Green grapes Washed and dried
  • 1 lb Strawberries Halved, stems removed
  • 1 whole Pineapple Cut into one large star and small cubes
  • 8 oz Cubed cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint leaves Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar For dusting

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the green grapes, strawberries, and fresh mint leaves.
  • Slice the pineapple to create one large star shape for the top, and cut the remaining fruit into small cubes.
  • On a large board, create a triangular outline using the 2 cups of green grapes and 8 oz of cubed cheese to form the base shape.
  • Arrange the 1 lb of halved strawberries throughout the triangle to act as ornaments.
  • Tuck the 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves between the gaps to mimic pine needles.
  • Place the pineapple star at the top of the triangle.
  • Lightly dust the entire board with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to resemble snow right before serving.
