For drizzling over the hummus

Instructions
Scoop the hummus into a serving bowl and place it in the center of your platter.
Drizzle the olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
Wash and thoroughly dry all the vegetables.
Arrange the sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, and cherry tomatoes creatively around the hummus bowl.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
