Fresh Vegetable Platter with Creamy Hummus Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Hummus Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Washed and kept whole
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced into rounds or sticks
  • 3 medium Carrots Peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 medium Yellow bell peppers Sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling over the hummus
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the hummus into a serving bowl and place it in the center of your platter.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry all the vegetables.
  • Arrange the sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, and cherry tomatoes creatively around the hummus bowl.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
