Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chives, parsley, garlic powder, half the salt, and half the pepper.
Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut completely through.
Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the pockets of the breasts. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Season the outside of the meat with the remaining salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
