Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop the broccoli into even-sized florets to ensure uniform roasting.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the edges begin to crisp and brown.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese, and roast for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
