Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head Broccoli florets Cut into even bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop the broccoli into even-sized florets to ensure uniform roasting.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the edges begin to crisp and brown.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese, and roast for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
