Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef (80/20) Lean or extra lean can be used
  • 1 tsp Salt Kosher salt preferred
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 4 cup Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion Diced finely
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese Freshly shredded
  • 0.5 cup Pickles Sliced dill pickles
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise Full fat or avocado oil based
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup For the dressing
  • 1 tbsp Dill pickle relish No sugar added
  • 1 tsp White vinegar Can substitute with apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, and white vinegar to create the burger sauce. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Season the beef with salt and black pepper. Cook until fully browned and no pink remains, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  • Divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among four serving bowls.
  • Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
  • Drizzle the prepared burger sauce generously over each bowl just before serving.
