Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, and white vinegar to create the burger sauce. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Season the beef with salt and black pepper. Cook until fully browned and no pink remains, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among four serving bowls.
Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
Drizzle the prepared burger sauce generously over each bowl just before serving.
