Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add diced carrots and green peas to the skillet, stir-frying for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the chilled cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
Pour soy sauce or tamari over the rice, stirring continuously for 5 minutes until fully heated.
Serve the warm fried rice drizzled generously with the prepared creamy dip.
