High-Protein Beef and Pepper Jack Snack Box

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz_or_deli_slices_or_cooked_steak Roast beef
  • 2 oz_cubed Pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup_roasted Almonds
  • 1/2 medium_sliced Green apple
  • 1/2 cup_washed_and_dried Red grapes

Instructions
 

  • Wash 1/2 cup of red grapes and dry them thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup in the container.
  • Core and slice 1/2 of a green apple. Optional: Toss apple slices in a few drops of lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Slice 2 oz of pepper jack cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Roll or fold 4 oz of sliced roast beef into bite-sized portions.
  • Arrange the beef, cheese cubes, 1/4 cup almonds, apple slices, and grapes into a compartmentalized snack container.
  • Seal tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
