Red grapes
Instructions
Wash 1/2 cup of red grapes and dry them thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup in the container.
Core and slice 1/2 of a green apple. Optional: Toss apple slices in a few drops of lemon juice to prevent browning.
Slice 2 oz of pepper jack cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
Roll or fold 4 oz of sliced roast beef into bite-sized portions.
Arrange the beef, cheese cubes, 1/4 cup almonds, apple slices, and grapes into a compartmentalized snack container.
Seal tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
