Holiday Fruit Sangria

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Dry Red Wine Rioja, Merlot, or Pinot Noir recommended
  • 3 cups Fruit Punch Chilled
  • 1 cup Red Apple Cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries Or pitted cherries
  • 1 large Orange Sliced into rounds, for garnish
  • 2 cups Ice For serving

Instructions
 

  • Pour the bottle of red wine and the fruit punch into a large pitcher.
  • Add the sliced red apples and cranberries (or cherries) to the pitcher.
  • Stir the mixture gently to combine.
  • Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the fruit flavors to infuse the wine.
  • Just before serving, stir in the orange slices.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled sangria over the ice to serve.
