Stir in the oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 7-9 minutes until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
While the meat cooks, prepare the vegetables by dicing the cucumber, halving the tomatoes and olives, and chopping the red onion.
Divide the warm cooked rice evenly among four serving bowls.
Top the rice with the seasoned cooked meat, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Drizzle each bowl with 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce before serving.
