Homestead Master Beef Seasoning Mix

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Paprika sweet or smoked
  • 1/4 cup Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Onion powder
  • 3 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Gather all spices and a clean, dry, airtight glass jar or container.
  • Measure 1/2 cup paprika, 1/4 cup garlic powder, 1/4 cup onion powder, 3 tbsp kosher salt, 2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp ground cumin, and 1 tbsp chili powder into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Whisk the spices together until fully combined and uniform in color.
  • Transfer the blend into the airtight glass jar using a funnel.
  • Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months. Use 2 tablespoons per pound of beef.
