Measure 1/2 cup paprika, 1/4 cup garlic powder, 1/4 cup onion powder, 3 tbsp kosher salt, 2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp ground cumin, and 1 tbsp chili powder into a medium mixing bowl.
Whisk the spices together until fully combined and uniform in color.
Transfer the blend into the airtight glass jar using a funnel.
Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months. Use 2 tablespoons per pound of beef.
