Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
While meatballs bake, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry in a small saucepan.
Simmer the sauce over medium heat until it thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Toss the baked meatballs in the honey garlic glaze until well coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
