Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Frozen spinach Thawed and squeezed completely dry
  • 14 oz Canned artichoke hearts Drained and roughly chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Divided for mixing and topping
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is preferred
  • 0.5 tsp Salt To taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black peppercorns Freshly crushed
  • 1 whole Avocado Diced, for serving on the side
  • 1 box Crackers Your favorite sturdy crackers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and crushed black peppercorns until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the heavily drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it into an even layer, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers and freshly diced avocado.
