Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and crushed black peppercorns until smooth and creamy.
Fold the heavily drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Transfer the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it into an even layer, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers and freshly diced avocado.
