Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, diced green chilies, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until completely smooth.
Fold the shredded chicken and 1/2 cup of the pepper jack cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of pepper jack cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
