Spread the creamy filling evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
Arrange the fresh blueberries in the top left corner to represent the stars. Layer the sliced strawberries in horizontal rows across the remaining surface to create the stripes.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm. Slice into bars before serving.
