Easy Red White Blue Cheesecake Strawberries (No-Bake)

Patriotic Stuffed Cheesecake Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Strawberries Large, washed, hulled
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar Sifted
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream Optional, to lighten the filling
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries Fresh, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp Graham cracker crumbs For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and blueberries. Cut the leafy tops off the strawberries and use a small spoon or knife to scoop out the centers. Slice a very thin piece off the bottom of each strawberry so they can stand upright.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. If using, whip in the heavy whipping cream until the mixture is fluffy.
  • Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  • Pipe the cream cheese filling into the hollowed-out center of each strawberry, mounding it slightly over the top.
  • Place one fresh blueberry onto the center of the cream cheese filling. Sprinkle the finished strawberries lightly with graham cracker crumbs before serving. Chill until ready to serve.
