low moisture preferred

shredded cheddar cheese
sharp or mild

red onion
thinly sliced

fresh cilantro
chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the 2 whole flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Spread about 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread.
In a small bowl, toss the 1.5 cups of cooked shredded chicken with the remaining 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until well coated.
Sprinkle the 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheeses evenly over the sauced flatbreads.
Top evenly with the BBQ-coated shredded chicken and 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onions.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven, garnish with 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
