Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 0.5 tsp Salt kosher or sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter cut into pieces
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the cubed poultry in a medium bowl. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the seasoned pieces and toss until completely coated.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat in a single layer and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the unsalted butter, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar directly to the skillet.
  • Stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the meat.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
