Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat in a single layer and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the unsalted butter, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar directly to the skillet.
Stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the meat.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
