Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Beef Soppressata Thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Beef Pepperoni or Salami Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Watermelon Cut into star shapes
  • 1 cup Strawberries Halved
  • 0.5 cup Raspberries Fresh, washed
  • 0.5 cup Cherries Pitted
  • 0.5 cup Radishes Thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cherry Tomatoes Washed
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate Seeds For garnish
  • 4 oz Havarti Cheese Sliced
  • 4 oz White Cheddar Cubed
  • 4 oz Provolone Cheese Cut into star shapes
  • 0.5 cup Almonds Roasted, unsalted
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh, washed
  • 0.5 cup Blackberries Fresh, washed
  • 0.5 cup Dark Olives Pitted (Kalamata or black)
  • 2 cups Assorted Crackers Star-shaped, blue corn, and fig crackers

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce. Slice the watermelon and provolone cheese, then use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to punch out festive shapes.
  • Place three small bowls on a large wooden board to hold the dark olives, pomegranate seeds, and any wet ingredients.
  • Fold the beef soppressata and beef pepperoni slices into ribbons or rosettes. Fan them out around the anchor bowls to create an S-curve across the board.
  • Distribute the cubed white cheddar, sliced Havarti, and star-shaped provolone evenly, breaking up the red sections.
  • Fill out the board by clustering the red items (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, tomatoes, radishes) and blue/dark items (blueberries, blackberries) in alternating groups.
  • Tuck the assorted crackers and almonds into any remaining empty spaces. Garnish with a final sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
