Easy Patriotic Berry Pretzel Platter for the 4th of July

Red, White, and Blue Fruit & Pretzel Tray

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Strawberries
  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 8 oz Pretzel twists
  • 10 oz White chocolate melting wafers
  • 2 tbsp Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each until completely smooth.
  • Dip half of each pretzel into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place on the parchment paper and immediately top with sprinkles if using.
  • Allow the chocolate-covered pretzels to set completely, about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and blueberries. Hull and halve the strawberries.
  • On a large serving board, arrange the blueberries in the top left corner. Lay out the strawberries and the prepared white chocolate pretzels in alternating stripes to resemble a flag.
  • Serve cold and enjoy immediately.
