Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each until completely smooth.
Dip half of each pretzel into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place on the parchment paper and immediately top with sprinkles if using.
Allow the chocolate-covered pretzels to set completely, about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and blueberries. Hull and halve the strawberries.
On a large serving board, arrange the blueberries in the top left corner. Lay out the strawberries and the prepared white chocolate pretzels in alternating stripes to resemble a flag.
Serve cold and enjoy immediately.
