Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400F (200C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the trimmed asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle evenly with extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle the za'atar seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper over the asparagus. Toss gently until each spear is well coated.
Spread the asparagus in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
Roast in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly browned at the tips.
Remove from the oven and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the hot asparagus. Serve warm.
