Roasted Asparagus with Za'atar and Lemon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Fresh asparagus Woody ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Za'atar seasoning
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F (200C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the trimmed asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle evenly with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the za'atar seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper over the asparagus. Toss gently until each spear is well coated.
  • Spread the asparagus in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly browned at the tips.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the hot asparagus. Serve warm.
