Savory Beef and Cheddar Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Celery cut into 3-inch sticks
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 lb Ground beef cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning dry mix
  • 2 tbsp Scallions finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3-inch pieces, removing any tough strings.
  • In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and cooked beef until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture evenly into the hollow of each celery stick.
  • Garnish with finely chopped scallions and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
