  • 1 lb Ground beef lean preferred
  • 16 oz Refrigerated biscuits cut into quarters
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 Eggs large
  • 2 cups Whole milk divided
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt divided
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters and line the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, remaining 0.5 cup of milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the gravy layer.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top of the casserole.
